Gerard is a local native with deep roots in the Hamptons community and a wealth of experience in building and development. With 8 years dedicated to building and development, Gerard brings invaluable insights to every project he oversees. His extensive background includes 12 years working with reputable building material and plumbing manufacturers such as Tamko Building Products, Owens Corning, EverGrain Decking, Legend Valve, and Prier. Gerard's commitment to excellence extends beyond construction as he holds licenses as a home inspector in New York, California, and Puerto Rico, ensuring properties meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Furthermore, Gerard's entrepreneurial spirit shines through his ownership and operation of Airbnb properties and summer rentals in New York and Puerto Rico, along with his previous ownership of a property management company in Puerto Rico.
